New Heads EdNew Heads Ed is an orientation and leadership development program for new Department Heads. In a series of breakfast meetings, newly appointed Department Heads have the opportunity to meet with experienced Department Heads and other key resource persons to discuss a variety of issues including budgeting, personnel, tenure, and more.
