"What is HeadsUp?"
Established in 1996, HeadsUp is an ongoing leadership development program intended to benefit all University of Arizona Department Heads as they carry out the functions of their critical role. This is accomplished with the assistance of the HeadsUp Steering Committee who guide the three primary elements of HeadsUp: Annual Department Head Retreat, New Heads Seminar Series and the HeadsUp Luncheon Sessions.
